Subscription Service
Your subscription includes recurring flower deliveries according to the plan, frequency, and delivery schedule selected at the time of purchase.
Payments
Subscription payments are charged on a recurring basis according to the billing schedule selected during sign-up. Payment must be successfully processed before each scheduled delivery.
Subscription Changes
You may request changes to your subscription, including delivery dates, frequency, recipient information, pausing, or other adjustments, by contacting us directly. Changes are subject to availability and must be requested before the applicable delivery is prepared.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us directly. Cancellation requests must be received at least 5 days before the next scheduled delivery to avoid being charged for that delivery. Orders already being prepared or processed may not be canceled.
Delivery
Flowers will be delivered according to your selected subscription schedule. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, holidays, recipient availability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Flower Availability & Substitutions
Because flowers are seasonal and availability may vary, specific varieties, colors, or containers may occasionally be substituted. Any substitutions will be made with products of similar style, quality, and value while preserving the overall look and feel of the arrangement whenever possible.
Refunds & Issues
Refunds are not available for deliveries that have already been successfully completed. If you are not satisfied with a delivery or your flowers arrive damaged or in poor condition, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Recipient Availability
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that the recipient can receive the delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply if redelivery is required due to an incorrect address, inaccessible location, or unavailable recipient.
Non-Consumption Notice
Flowers, plants, decorative materials, and floral accessories are intended for decorative purposes only and are not intended for human or animal consumption unless specifically stated otherwise.
